In 1954 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, the late Fred Ead began preparing tax returns for friends, neighbors and coworkers on his kitchen table using pen and paper. He had started a family business that would last three generations (so far). In 1992, his son George Ead, EA joined and expanded the tax prep business.
Now George and his team provide tax preparation and taxpayer representation services for individuals and small businesses across the country, enabling them to meet their filing obligations to the Internal Revenue Service and state tax agencies.
